PT-104 temperature fluctuation

Post by Vladimir Krzalic »

I have observed a strange issue that would like to share and possibly find out the reason for:

However I connect any of the 4 1/10 DIN pt-100 Pico sensors that I have, channel 1 seems to have lower temperature deviation comparing to others. For example, I put all 4 sensors together tied up and put into a constant temperature water bath with stirrer, leaving for the equilibrium for at least an hour. It can be observed on the logged charts that channel 1 has visibly better stability than the rest. I've tried all four sensors on channel 1, so there seems to be no difference in which sensor is plugged in.
Can someone explain such behavior? I'm out of options and have limited experience with the unit as it is still rather new and I am still learning all of its capabilities.
Attached you can find the log files and here are the few screenshots:

Please make sure that Noise Filtering settings are the same for all channels. Currently you have this enabled dfor Channel 1 but off for the other Channels.
