Status20 returned when calling Pico from Vector CANoe environment

Post by chiranth »

Hello Team,

I am currently using PS5444D hardware with PS5000a SDK libraries. My standalone C# code based on the streaming example program runs fine in both immediate streaming and triggered method.
However, when I port the same functions to Vector Environment and generate a dll which is run in CANoe, the function Imports.GetStreamingLatestValues() returns Status 20 "PICO_DELAY" {One or more of the hold-off parameters are out of range}.

I don't understand what could be causing this issue.
Has anyone faced a similar issue before? Any particular fix that I could tryout?

Thank you and regards,
chiranth

Hi chiranth,

I apologise for the long delay in answering, I have been tied up with other work, so I haven't been able to answer forum posts for quite a while.

In case this is still an issue, I would suggest posting your request on our Automotive Forum here: https://www.picoauto.com/support/.

Regards,

Gerry

Gerry has misunderstood the issue, posting to the auto forum will not help. Can you please email your code to support@picotech.com and then we can take a look.
