Picoscope 4824 shows wrong voltage level (4V instead of 10V)

Post by aaddaas »

Hello
I have noticed strange behaviour of my LV code with picoscope drivers.
From time to time the measurement of pulses shows 4V level instead of 10V. I can simulate this with turning off the channel measurement (error 5070 at ps4000aGetValues.vi PICO_BUFFER_NOT_SET):
Turn-off-channel.PNG
then turning it on again:
4VfirstPico.PNG
In order to fix that I need to change Range from 20V to 10V (or other), and then back again to 20V.

I can simulate this, but it also happens without any reason, randomly on random piscoscopes (I have 2 connected).

I am using: Windows 10, LabVIEW 2017, ps4000a.dll that comes with newest PicoScope 6 application.

Any ideas?
