Can I use math channel in LabVIEW software?

Post by mino »

Hello,

I know that the Picoscope program offers some Math channel.
I want to the average of Math channel, but I can't find the LabVIEW software.
So, I accumulate data in my computer and average.

I want to get the data of averaged data.
I hope that the LabVIEW software support Math channel.

Picoscope 6 Maths Channels are only available within the software itself. You will need to create your own maths channels in Labview, either directly or by using third party software.

Are the math channel calculations performed purely in the Picoscope software, and no processing in the hardware is involved?

Hi Andrew,
topic13697.html states that the data representation speed over USB is achieved by means of downsampling. Does that mean that the Math Channels use the downsampled data for calculations?
