Serial Decode UART - Channel B not appearing

Post by NeilPeers »

On my bench I have a 3203D (Pico 6.13.11.3952) that I am trying to use for Serial Decode - UART but I'm only getting Chn A as an option in the drop down box when creating the decode - and I would like 2 channels.

On my desk I have a 2204A (Pico 6.12.9.2917) and I get both channels as an option in the Data drop down box when creating the serial decode event.

What have I done with the 3203D that would prevent Chn B being available for serial decode - and yes Channel B is enabled in the main screen.

Thanks

Neil

Yesterday re-plugging the Pico and/or restarting the software made no difference, Chn B would not appear. Today, Chn B does appear as an option in the serial decode uart dialogue, the only difference being that the laptop was powered down over night.

Hi NeilPeers,

Sorry for the late response.

Unfortunately, there was not enough information given relating to the missing function. If this occurs again, I would suggest that you repost the issue here and send the details to our help desk (support@picotech.com), so that we can look into this in more detail.

Regards,
