PicoLog crashing after a couple of days

Hello
We've recently got a PicoLog CM3.
We put the PicoLog software onto a Windows 10 laptop with 6 GB RAM.
We enabled a single channel, and left the software to run.
After a couple of days, the program seemed to crash.
We repeated this a couple of times.
Is there something we might have missed doing?

Hi Clive,

You haven't had a response from a Picotech member of staff on this probably because this was a period where rapid changes were being made to a new product with evolving features, errors and corrections. So it's quite possible that this has been fixed. If that is not the case then I would suggest that you send the issue in to us at Support@picotech.com.
