5443d Python not run - I Need help

Hello
I has no experience with python comunication with pico scope. It not run. I already installed the Picosdk 11.0.2 and using a spyder. Unfortunantly for many tries have no susesfully to run or comunication with the equipament. What I need to do? Please someone help me!
