Logging Spectrum Frequency capability

I am using a Pico 2407B to monitor the beat frequency of two stabilized HeNe lasers. The PicoScope 6 software displays exactly what I need when I select 'Spectrum Mode' and add a measurement to calculate 'Frequency at Peak'. Setting the y-axis to 'Peak Hold' allows me to see the variation over time which is useful but not ideal. Is there any way to log the frequency values displayed in PicoLog 6 as I want to capture the data over the course of hours (1 - 24)?

Currently the PicoLog 6 software does not allow for frequency measurements, although it is on the feature request list for a future version.
