Picolog 1012 voltage values reading problem

Post by Ales »

I have a problem with PicoLog1012 unit. It is connected to a torque rig. Voltage values shown by PicoLog software do not match voltage values coming out from the rig (measured by a multimeter). The software shows about 10times lower values. When the voltage values coming out from the rig are very small (about 0.001) the picolog set does not detect them until the coming out values are about 0.03V. Is it the software setting or the unit problem. Also, is there a possibility how to tweak the picolog unit sensitivity in the software?
Thank you for any help

Hi Ales,

Please can you e-mail this to support@picotech.com ?

It would be helpful to have information on any connections to the terminal board, any resistors/components used.

You can use a look-up table in the PicoLog software to scale values.
