Solution for monitoring room conditions
Hello everyone, I am new to this board. I haven't purchased any Pico products as yet but very much intend to, if it can fulfill my requirements. We have a room that is used for testing air-conditioners. This room is split into two sections, one is the indoor side and the other is the outdoor side. We need to measure temperature, humidity, refrigerant pressures, and air velocity (in CFM).
Initially, we may need to monitor:
6-8 temperature readings (0-70 degrees Celsius)
2 humidity reading (one one each side of the room)
2 pressure readings (range from 0-500 PSIG)
1 air velocity reading (in Cubic Feet per Minute)
I was looking at the Pico ADC-24 Data Logger along with the PicoLog Recorder software, which seems like it may do the job that we require. I was wondering about the available probes, sensors, transducers, etc. Can you give me any advice on what I can use on the device to obtain and monitor these readings in real-time? The monitoring computer would be located approx. 15 feet away from these sensors.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Rajesh,
Before I advise you I would need to ask more questions:
1) How long is the test for?
2) How often do you wish to take a reading.
3) How accurate do you want your temperature and humidity readings?
4) Do you want a remote data logging system or is having a logger connected to the PC ok?
