Grid Font Size..why can't it be saved with startup file?

Grid Font Size..why can't it be saved with startup file?
About a year ago I suggested that the measurement font
grid size should be stored as part of the start up settings.
Numerous revisions have occurred since then and yet still
no font size as part of start up settings.
Is this a difficult thing to implement or is it just being forgotten?
