Need Help

I have a pico scope 4423 i loaded up the software. but i dont see the automotive bar thats suppose to be in the middle of the tools and help bar at the top. What am i doing wrong. Can somebody help me please my name is sam thanks.

Hi Sam,

First thing, on the top of the software does the title bar say "PicoScope 6", or "PicoScope 6 Automotive"? I have a feeling that PicoScope 6 got installed which is for our general purpose scope (still loads the PicoScope 4423 however), whereas you need PicoScope 6 Automotive. Download the latest version from: http://downloads.picotech.com/beta/Pico ... 6_5_54.exe. Let me know if this gets you going...
