Installation problem - program does not leave the Demo

Hi there

I have the same problem as posted on tuesday the 30th October 2003 ("installation problem").
Im using a laptop with win98 and the picolog software.
After opening the picolog-recorder there is no way to leave "Welcome to the PicoLog for Window Demo...."
Tried all... chose an alternative OS & selected a different product while installation, tried it with the software update,...
loaded another OS (win2000) on to my laptop, tried all the installations again...

It's just not working :evil: Please help!

Check that the installation is the full version. Assuming that it is, next check the date on your PC to ensure it is correct.

Now try to reinstall the software, If you are installing a serial porduct try to install it with one of the parallel port products. ie. ADC-11.

If you are still unsuccessful please contact me again, providing details of the OS, Unit and software version (release number).

Many thanks for the fast reply!
The problem was actually due to incorrect OS settings :idea: (date) - turned me a little bit pink :oops:
Nevertheless I'm really happy that my problems could be solved so easily.
