I have an oscilloscope Picotech 2205. I bought a high voltage probe.

Can measurements of voltage above 25 volts?

Yes it will measure above this, however what are you trying to measure?

It is NOT designed for mains measurement.

DC voltages around 120 volts

That should be fine, you should be able to do this with a x10 probe as well though.
