Pico Scope 9000 calibration via SDK

Post by VINBH345 »

Hello,

because the support via e-mail doesn’t response  , I try the forum support. Therefore I have not only one question.

Q1
When a calibration is started with SDK command “Flash:Calibr:AutocalCh” or “Flash:Calibr:AutocalTB“, how can the program determine if calibration is done?

Q2
Using the command “Flash:Calibr:AutocalTB“ you can see the reaction on the GUI but with “Flash:Calibr:AutocalCh” no reaction is seen. Does “Flash:Calibr:AutocalCh” work?

Q3
How can I determine if a message box appears in the GUI? If the Pico Scope 9000 was not connected to the USB-Port or has no power, a message box appear with the ability to select demo mode. In this state the COM-Server give no answer and the connection is broken.

Thanks in advance for a quick answer. I have got another week to make the decision if we use this scope in our automatic tester in the future. But this week Friday is definitely the day for the final decision.

Best regards

Hi sorry for the delayed response but last week was hectic, I answered you last week on the email but for the benefit of anyone else who has the same question I will repeat the answer. These features currently do not exist however we do have plans to include them in the near future. We cannot give any time scales however it will happen sooner rather than later.

Again sorry for any inconvenience.

Kind regards
