ADC24 differential input

Postby GavinB » Wed Sep 29, 2010 1:13 pm

Hi

When using the logger to meassure voltage differentials,in this case a small voltage drop over a resistor to calculate current,do I still have to use voltage dividers when the appllied voltage is 6v but difference is in mV across the resistor?

ie I've got channels 1 and 2 in differential mode, one chanel is at say,5.95v the other 6.00v. Is the ADC seeing 6v therfore divider need or 50mV, no divider required?
