temperature of steam

I would like to monitor the changing temperature of my steam pipes, starting at the boiler header and ending at the main line vents. Also I would like to monitor the fluctuating temperature of the condensate returning back to the boiler to be re-heated. The temperature probes would be installed on the steel pipe under the 1-inch insulation.

What would I need to order to do that?

Hi just a few questions before I recommend anything:

Are you looking to record these measurements?
How far apart are the points?
How long do you wish to take these measurements?
