Picolog issues, fixes and upgrades needed

I have a couple issues with the Picolog software. I have run the software
on multiple computers and had the same issues.

1. When I start a logging session, stop the session and then begin again,
I get the following issue: The spreadsheet entries do not start
populating, in real time, for about 30 - 45 seconds. This is not an issue
the first time I run picolog, only in subsequent runnings. Can you patch
this issue?

2. When I look at the real time graphs I may zoom in on a spot, but I am
never able to zoom back out to the view I started with. I would like to be
able to snap back to a standard view.

Also, I would like to have a single button start/stop that will save
everything including the graphs and spreadsheets every time. Can you also
add this?

on last thing, can I remove the picotech and picolog names on the windows
so it looks more like an OEM application?

Hi and thank you for your post.

1) I have put this suggestion through to the relevant department.
2 )Click on the tick box you can change the scaling for the horizontal and vertical options to be automatic and it will give you the best view
3) The single stop/start would require significant modifications to the software which I do not think will be implemented.
4) In terms of the splash screen we do sometimes make some customisation, all cases are dealt with on a case by case basis, if you require any further information please contact support@picotech.com
