PICO 2003 Reproduce analog wave

Postby eugenio966 » Fri May 14, 2010 10:38 am

Hello,

I would like to capture on a PC an analog wave (600Khz) coming from a sensor and reproduce it identically to the signal generator output BNC.

Do you think this is feasible by using the pico 2003?

Hi,
You can capture the waveform using the 2203 but the AWG on the 2203 can only output frequencies accurately up to 100KHz. Above that, up to about 500KHz, the waveform becomes of lower amplitude and nearer a sine-wave. To do what you want, you will need to use a 5203 scope.
Regards,
PeterF.
