TC-08 with visual basic 2008

Post by motohiro saijo »

I want to use tc-08 with Windows XP.

Does "tc0832.dll" work on VB 2008?

VB can call into DLLs so the tc0832.dll should be no problem.

We have no .net examples specific to the tc08 but our other examples should point you in the right direction when it comes to interop.

A useful reference for interop can also be found here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms235282.aspx

The point is that as it is a supported product and many customers use the .NET environment (in my humble opinion many more than LabView), one has to focus on his/her work and not on interfacing DLLs.

Hi G,

Answered your other posts, what specifically are you looking to get out of writing in .Net. We provide the user with PIcolog software which allows you to do many things. Anything extra would have to be written in software.

Whilst we currently do not have a .Net example the other programming examples do help in interfacing with the device.

Kind regards
