Hello
I have picoscope model 2203 unfortunatly I have lost the software disc the laptop I am trying to instal the software onto is running windows xp pro but is not capable of internet connection.
When I go online and download your software onto a flash drive and then try to instal it onto the laptop from the Flash drive it fails to load as it is looking for some sort of windoes exe file can you please advise.

Hi Trevor,

The file you downloaded should be approximately 40MB. Also it is better to copy the file to your computer and run the installer from the PC rather than the memory stick.

Trevor,

Just another thought....

Pico 6.x required the Dot NET Framework.

If that PC does not have the Microsoft Dot NET Framework, the installer could be trying to go get it and failing because there is no internet connection.

Check to see if the framework is there and if not, install that first.
