I got ADC200-50 from my friend how bought it 10 years ago and never used. I got parallel cable and power supply from local computer store, download and install software PicoFull_r5_20_8 and start the program. The led on ADC start blinking so communication was there. The problem is that it always shows just a straight line 20V and warning sign that input value exceed limit. I dind't connect even probe. I tryed different option but always the same. Can you please advise what can be the problem.
Thanks.

Re: ADC200 mulfuntion
Hi and thank you for your post.
It could be that the unit is faulty and needs to go back to us for repairs. However it could just be that the wrong unit is selected in the software settings. Can you go to File->Setup->Converter and then Choose ADC Type and choose the appropriate device (if it isnt't already) then choose the appropriate port number.
Kind regards

Re: ADC200 mulfuntion
I've been getting this problem recently also. It only happens on Chan A (ADC200-100) and a re-power of the unit (and a restart of the s/w of course) usually fixes it. Sometimes needs several attempts.
Not sure exactly when and why it has started doing it...many things have changed in my setup: new mobo without parallel port so added a PCI-E card, Win 7, later release(s) of PicoScope, etc, so can't pin down a single trigger for the problem.
