windows 7 instal

Postby mfredm » Tue Nov 17, 2009 8:10 pm

Hello all,

I am trying to install picoscope 6 for a picoscope 3204 usb scope. this install is on a new hp dv7t running windows 7 64 bit. Software installs fine, and when i plug in the scope, windows says new hardware found, picoscope 3000 ready to use. when i launch the app., i get an error message says " the app must exit because an unexpected error has occurred." on the bottom it says, "you do not have any startup settings."

App crashes out. works fine on my old dell xp box.

any suggestions, i really want this work on the new box.

Thanks
mfredm

Hi we tried this on our Windows 7 machine with no problems, could you email support@picotech.com and send any error reports that you receive.

Kind regards
