Save data of histogram using picoscope 9201

Post by Stonecutter »

Dear support team,

I am using a Picoscope 9201 in the lab and trying to save a histogram i took while measurements. But it wont let me choose the database format ( at least it read about, that a histogram can be stored as database file).

Can you please tell me how i can save histograms, activate the database formats in order to read it out as a datasheet for a graph?

Best regards

Hi,
The following is written in the Histogram Specs of the 9200:

"The histogram window determines which part of the database is used to plot the histogram. You can set the size of the histogram window to be any size that you want within the horizontal and vertical scaling limits of the scope."

This does not say that the data base can be stored. It only say what part of the signal data base will be used to built a histogram.

This is one of many planned enhancements which will eventually come but I cannot give any date for you, we are so busy. Sorry.
Regards,
PeterF.
