Detailed driver change log required

Post by RodneyRichardson »

Can you please set up a new forum which contains announcements about new versions of your software and drivers?

In particular, it should contain a detailed change log each time a driver version changes to help us determine if we should upgrade the driver we use, or if it fixes a problem we've been seeing.

It would be very useful to me.

These don't quite have the level of detail I was looking for, and are the release notes for the PicoScope application, and don't mention the drivers. It's very important that we know exactly what we're changing when we release a new driver as part of our application.

For example, the two most recent releases just say "minor bug fixes". :(

I would expect something more like this from a professionally developed SDK:
"Fixed: Splash screen would sometimes stay after connecting to device"
etc...

It looks like there are still no release notes in the SDK's. Am I looking in the wrong place? The URL above just redirects to the downloads page.

Hi hexamer,

The redirect is correct since our website was updated.

I will make a request to the Development Team to include a set of release notes with future releases.
