Hi

Can you check that the TC-08 is listed in Device Manager? If not and there is an "unknown device", right click and uninstall it. Then disconnect and reconnect the TC-08.

The Windows 'New Hardware Found Wizard' will run. Follow the on-screen instructions and, if the wizard asks to connect to Windows Update, select 'No' and allow Windows to automatically detect and configure your hardware product.

If you are still having problems, go to Control Panel -> System Properties -> hardware -> driver signing and make sure that either 'warn' or 'ignore' are selected.
