New bug, or is it old?

Post by jmelton »

PicoScope® 6 - PC Oscilloscope software version: 6.2.2.2

When editing the Print settings under the preferences PRINTING Tab, even though you hit APPLY and OK to save the changes, the changes will revert back to the default settings the next time PicoScope is run.

Has anybody else noticed this?

Got it, thanks.

Guess it would help if their naming conventions for the releases more accurately reflected the actual version of the software that you are downloading.

I think what happened is when we went to d/l the latest version it said we already had a file stored with that name so we didn't complete the d/l thinking we already had the latest version.

We realised that the version numbering was causing confusion. In future releases the third number will always be increased. Hopefully this will make things clearer.
