High-resolution temperature/RH stability measurements

Postby Guest » Fri May 01, 2009 10:04 pm

I'm looking to measure the following quantities at the column of an electron microscope:

- Temperature stability to 0.005°C or better resolution
- Relative humidity stability to 0.1% or better resolution

I'm looking for suggestions about how best to accomplish this. Also, do you have a specific manufacturer you like to direct people to for 1000-Ohm Pt RTDs to use with the PT-104?

You might want to try Alphatemp Technology (http://www.k-instruments.co.uk/index.html).

Our humidity sensors do not have the accuracy that you require.

The PT104 specification can be found here: http://www.picotech.com/pt100.html
