Hi

Can you try downloading and installing PicoScope 5.20.3? (www.picotech.com/software)

Let me know how you get on.

Robin

Hi

It sounds like the scope configuration has been wiped from its memory. The software is seeing your scope as a mark 1 ADC-200, which had a switch on the unit and so didn't require the option in software.

We can reprogram the unit for you free of charge and this should fix the problem.

Could you email your contact details (name, address, telephone, email) to support@picotech.com and we will arrange for you to return the unit?

Regards

Robin

Hi Robin!
I think, return the unit from Ukraine to UK is very problematic.
Maybe, you can send me program for scope and I at home reprogram the unit?
If program in microcontroller PIC, I have the programator for PIC microcontroller.

Regards.

ydok.

P.S. I send my data to e-mail.
