Tip when plw32.exe crashes

Post by Guest »

Today I was going to continue looking at some measurements I did yesterday... When I opened it with PicoLog Player it crashed!

I tried all of my measuring files and everyone crashed the PicoLog. The funny thing was that I had open them yesterday with no problem.

Then, I tried to run it in win 98 "compability mode" it worked again!

So if you have Win XP and have a similar problem, try to run the program in compability mode, it might work :D

What settings did you have i.e.:

1) What device are you using?
2) How many channels?
3) How quick are you sampling?
4) How long you sample for and when does it crash?
5) Do you have any other applications running in the background that could cause a conflict?
6)Are you using a laptop or PC?

Kind regards

Hi Andreas Petersson,

Uninstall the software and install an older version 5.16.2 then delete the PicoFull folder, this is the most reliable one for the ADC11. Let me know how you get on.
