Picoscope 3403D MSO

Hello, I'm having trouble running the ps3000aBlockMSOExample.py script. Unfortunately, when trying to execute the script, I receive an error: "raise PicoSDKCtypesError("PicoSDK returned '{}'".format(PICO_STATUS_LOOKUP[status])) picosdk.errors.PicoSDKCtypesError: PicoSDK returned 'PICO_NOT_USED'", but other example scripts work correctly. Do I need to perform any additional steps before running the mentioned script, or what could the received error indicate?
