Perhaps some more information for the Pico 6 team here. Is this a Vista or XP machine? PC specs....Processor speed, RAM, USB version, etc. Anything else that might be helpful.
I'll be happy to poke around in there with you and see if we can get a clue. Or at least gather some more information about the problem. If your not busy Sunday we could do it then too. Less likely to get interrupted ;-p.

This problem is resolved. Turned out to be a USB speed issue. USB 2.0 is required to use Pico 6 to its potential, or things fall down. An upgrade to USB 2.0 was the solution.
