I can't connect my Picoscope 6402D to the Picoscope 7 software. I had a look in trace.xml, it says the following:
Code: Select all
Attempting to load ps6000.dll
Checking driver 'ps6000.dll' exists in executable path 'C:\Program Files\Pico Technology\PicoScope 7 T&M Stable\
Driver found 'C:\Program Files\Pico Technology\PicoScope 7 T&M Stable\ps6000.dll'
Finished loading ps6000.dll
Opening device unsuccessful. Error UnknownDeviceError [FpgaFail(78)]
NoData
GlobalDeviceManager.Close()
Is there a way to resolve this? I note this isn't listed as a supported device in the software download page, should I be using an older version of the software?
