Apple Mouse

Post by dgnelson »

I've just received my 2000 series Picoscope and am quite impressed by its capabilities. I'm using it on an iMac and there's a problem using the Apple mouse. Using the scroll wheel on a mouse would be a useful feature for some. But on the Apple mouse there is no scroll wheel, the top surface of the mouse is touch sensitive to provide the same function. This plays havoc in Picoscope because settings change just by having your finger on top of the mouse. For example, you press the + button to increase something like volts/division and the next thing you know the setting is going all over the place because your finger is resting on top of the mouse.

I've looked for a setting in the Picoscope app to disable mouse scroll but can't find any. This is a very annoying problem, I hope someone can help me.

Regards,

Dan
