Application doesn't start

Dear Pico Team,

We have the Pico 7 installed but the application doesn't start.

I can see errors in the even log and I have attached screen shot about them.

Multiple .Net versions installed including the newest 4.8.1

Do you have any suggestion how to fix the issue?
What are the requirements for the application?

There are no error msg from the application itself.

Is there a trace.xml file in a folder at C:\Users\{YourWindowsLogin}\AppData\Local\Pico Technology

if there is please send this into support@picotech.com before deleting the whole folder and restarting the application which can fix non start issues in some instances.

Can you confirm what graphics adapter your PC is using?

Dear Martyn,

I have uploaded the files as attachments.

The application still doesn't start.

There is an intel UHD 620 graphic adapter in the laptop.

Can you try using the .Net repair tool from Microsoft
