Installer fails (pico scope SW and SDK)

I'm trying to install on a PC running Win 10 22H2 (19045.2728). I get error 0x80070643 - Fatal Error during installation, no matter what I try. Here's the part of the log where it fails:

This also happens on another totally different PC, both are running Windows virus scan, which I disabled temporarily, still no luck.
