Problem with pico software

Hi.
I'm new on this forum, and i have a problem with pico software. Yesterday i downland picoscope 7, and when i open program, dont appear comunicate ,,base test" (i uppload a picture what i mean). I will mark that i don't buy osciloscope.

That is the PicoScope 7 Automotive software, if you don't have a PicoScope what are you expecting it to do?
