Combining PicoLog with INA116PA to measure pH

Hi all!
I'm trying to use this https://www.picotech.com/library/experi ... ata-Logger idea with the following changes:

1. Using INA116PA instead of INA116P (which I think was discontinued?)
2. Using PicoLog 1216 with raspberry pi instead of ADC-16

Specifically, I want to supply the INA116PA with 2.5V instead of 5V (the PicoLog 1216 doesn't have a 5V power out). I found that the raspberry pi board has one pin described as "power out +2.5 V", but I'm not sure what to do about the negative terminal. Should I just ground it?
