how to decode IRIG B signal

I use a 2405A oscilloscope to analyze the output signal of the equipment.(pico.png)

But it becomes very difficult to decode the signal and understand the time code in more depth

How to use the SDK or Picoscope 6 to decode the signal and turn it into similar data as '1110' or time code(IRIGB.png)
