Update fails

I have a 2207A (not listed on your website for software updates).
I run Windows 7 Pro x64 SP1
PicoScope version: 6.12.9.2917
System is USB connected and functional.
I received a pop up that an update was available.
I launch it.
I wait.
Nothing takes place.
Internet connection is fine.
Paused NordVPN for 15 minutes.
No change.
Any ideas?

Sorry for the delay in answering (circumstances have prevented me from answering forum posts for longer than we would prefer).
