Issue with zoom on waveform

I have a waveform measurement and when I zoom in, it all works well until a certain moment when, if I zoom further only part of the screen is used. I have never had this problem before. What can be the reason for this behaviour and how can it be solved?

Can you post a .psdata file ?

Dit you install the latest updates from Windows and .net ?
Also the latest updates for the video drivers ?

I have seen this sometimes in the past when there are math channels in view, or internal data was corrupted (2015 or so, a long time ago)
