Display Span - Positive Values Only

Post by Zebryk »

Hello,

I would like to be able to set the display for postive values only.
Although it appears you can adjust the span for this, it reduces the display size to one half.
I really want the vertical height of the window to be be full scale.
The "Offset" function does not provide for this.
The "Offset" function may be handy to ignore a bias voltage for example, but that is not what I want.

I have another instrument, which accomplishes this by allowing the display span to be specified as a maximum and minimum voltage which can be either postive or negative.

Peace,

I agree with Zebryk's request and would like to extend that idea.
How about an added option where the user can type in the desired range for the displayed vertical axis?
And by default please keep the vertical axis grid lines in simple integer values. With PicoScope 6 or 7
I can zoom in the display but the grid lines are no longer at integer values which makes it annoying
and difficult to read values from the plot. Or give an option to step through 1,2,5 factors in the
vertical scale and optionally in the time scale like on a conventional bench scope.
