Picolog alarm triggering if value out for a specific time

Hi, I am trying to use the Picolog 6.2.3 on Linux for a TC-08, programming an alarm that will trigger only if temperature is out of a window but only if it is more than a specific time. Is it possible to do so in this software version? The timing is calculated in the alarms section, but I would like to use that data to trigger an event.
