PICO TA167 does not respond to applied signal input on either of the ranges

Hello! We had sent our PICO TA 167 for calibration. The cal house returned it saying, "This unit does not respond to applied signal input on either of the ranges. What can be done about this? Please assist.

Please email support@picotech.com as it may need to be returned for repair.
