PICO3206D USB2.0 labview

Hello,

I want to use PICO3206D by USB2.0 on my computer, and control it by LabVIEW .
The software PicoScope6 can open PICO3206D successfully, but PicoScope3000aExampleBlock.vi can not.
It said"Error API function call ps3000aOpenUnit PICO USB3 0 DEVICE NON_USB3_0_PORT:A USB 3.0 device is connected to a non-USB 3.0 port Error code 286 Decimal 0000011E Hex".

What should I do ?
