Only the red light is blinking and the usb connection is not working.

I've been using it well, but since a few days ago, only the red led blinks and it's not connected to the PC.
Even if I connect to another PC or turn off the picoscope, it has the same symptoms.

The product I'm using is a 4-channel 3000series.
