I have a 4423, and channel A seems to be faulty. Is there any way to diagnose etc.?

With two TA167 current clamps connected to channels A and B the following trace is shown. The fault stays on channel A when I swap the clamps over. Note: channel A is +/- 200A, channel B is +/- 5A. Test current was 100W AC incandescent bulb so expecting around 0.5A:

Voltage measurements on channel A are also noisy. Here I measure DC 12V supply:
