Can't activate Channel C and D

Can't activate Channel C and D
Using a PicoScope 5444D MSO, then with 4 analog Channels, I don't see how to activate the last two Channels: C and D.
I can activate both channels A and B with the dropdown menu, but both channels C and D are greyed, so that the drop down menu not accessible. Then Impossible to activate these two channels.
Any idea how to activate them?

Re: Can't activate Channel C and D
To use Channels C and D you need to have the power supply connected to the scope.
