Picoscope 3205D Block Mode Help: MATLAB

Post by sid99sid »

Hello: We are trying to use block mode on our Picoscope 3205D in MATLAB with the PicoSDK. We would like to know if it is possible to capture 5us of data from channel A after an external trigger's rising edge. We have an external trigger signal which goes "high" every 1ms, so we are trying to capture 5us worth of data and have the system be ready to receive the next trigger and 5us of data. Our entire signal takes 17 minutes from start to finish and we anticipate 1 million triggers, so we need to be able to store all 1 million 5us samples intervals in the device and transmit the data to a CSV after all samples have been saved. Please let us know if this is possible, or if there is a better way to go about this. We are not tied to MATLAB so please let us know if there is a better code solution... Thanks in advance!
