Offset problem with Picoscope 4262

Post by User15 »

Hi,

I ordered a Pico scope 4262 for noise measurement and I m facing a problem with the Pico scope regarding the performance.

The configuration is as follows:

I am connected to channel A. I load the input with a 50 Ohm BNC load to avoid picking up ambient noise. The software parameters are defined on the screen.

As you can see, I have a constant offset along the bandwidth of almost 20 mV. It is the same result with short circuit.

How can we explain and resolve that ? This offset can be a problem for my measurement because I have to change de voltage range.

Thank you

Hi User15,

What happens if you attach the BNC to Channel B?
Also, could you post a data file instead of an image, as we can check a data file.
